The topsoil in our mix is sustainably harvested from a Flagstaff flood mitigation project, giving it the unique texture and mineral content that’s ideal for native gardening. Combined with our high-quality, thermophilic compost, the blend improves soil tilth, aeration, and nutrient availability—all while supporting microbial activity that boosts plant health. No fillers, no synthetic additives—just real, living soil.

It's ideal for leveling, filling, or building up areas.

With its sandy-silty texture, this topsoil spreads easily and is great for filling low spots in lawns or landscapes, planting trees and shrubs, or using as a filler layer in deep raised beds. It’s free of large debris and compacted clay, making it easy to handle whether you're shoveling it into wheelbarrows or grading with equipment.

Our Engineered Fill Dirt is a screened, structural-grade material ideal for grading, compacting, and foundational work on construction and landscaping projects. Screened to 5” minus for consistency and ease of use, it’s perfect for large-scale fills, road base prep, or pad building. MAG spec testing available upon request for verified performance and compliance.
